Leveraging customer equity to create shareholder value

In times of uncertainty, business executives have more than a normal share of things to keep them awake. Some of the most obvious worries surrounding today's business environment across all industries and geographies include the recessionary economy, a vacillating and occasionally swooning stock market, skittish customers, competitive pricing andworried lenders.
